Current Job Openings
Law Clerk
Part Time | $25 – $30 Per Hour
- Working directly with, and taking instruction from, Senior Lawyers;
- Drafting correspondence and documents;
- Preparing court documents, briefs and disclosure documents;
- Liaising with Clients and other Third Parties as required;
- Taking phone calls and managing diaries;
- Processing and maintenance of client files and records, from commencement to closure;
- Assisting other staff and performing general office duties as required or directed.
Start date: ASAP
Paralegal / Legal Secretary
Salary is negotiable, based on experience
- Drafting correspondence and documents;
- Preparing court documents, briefs and disclosure documents;
- Provide support to all Lawyers as required;
- Liaising with Clients and other Third Parties as required;
- Attending to both incoming and outgoing phone calls with Clients and other third
parties; - Managing Lawyers’ diaries;
- Opening files and general administrative duties.
